Pros

- Great networking opportunities - Meet hundreds of founders from all across the world - Learn alot of the entrepreneurial process and struggles - Residence provided (Pro and con) - Be apart of the founders journey

Cons

- toxic work environment/team culture - No proper process in place for anything - Long hours, no time during programs, for low pay - Management does not care for well being of staff - no bonus or any type of incentive structure in place - no growth within company - with no growth potential or incentives, and long hours + toxic work culture, i wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a long term option - Management doesn't take feedback - Not a normalized structured job, many last minute tasks and deadlines given ( "dynamic work") - Micromanaging - employees live at their workplace, no escaping work - Most employees are immigrants, so they work quietly, but any US based employee would identify the terrible structure in place from the start

Pros

the people you meet at the co working space or your colleagues you work with

Cons

the worst place myself and my coworkers at the time worked at. Andy Tang has no regard for humanity and only cares about money and hiring all of his family members to take over Tim Draper's co working space. During the time I was there he made us go on social media and write fake reviews that reflected the company on a good light and some of them are on here on Glassdoor. On your way out he makes you sign an NDA or threatens to not give you severance... I rather have the right to speak about the horrible treatment myself and my colleagues experienced during our time there. Program coordinators salary was 2,000 pre tax + boarding (which didn't help much of the employees mental health as they were constantly on survival mode) they pigeon hold you to boarding bc while they only pay you 2K/mo you were always onsite to work basically 24/7 People who worked @ Hero City got paid 60K
