Management doesn't feel the need to listen to staff and their problems. Female participation is very less and people with mentality that females should not participate in decision making or events, make the environment even worse. Mindset is very old and not at all open to new ideas. They only want to stick to their old patterns and only cares about getting certifications and getting into more sectors and grow business. Infiltration in the core is needed - that is the people are not wanting to grow for themselves. Almost everyone is looking for other opportunities outside and work here temporarily and leave. If not listened to the management, you will be targeted and kicked out of the company. Departments needs to be left independent for taking decisions over minor things. Before moving on to any big change, it is important to look if the employees are ready or not. If they are not capable enough, they must be trained beforehand. Employee engagement activities should be considered as per the employees' mentality and what they actually enjoy. Surverys must be conducted and employee feedback should be genuinely considered while making decisions. Listening to few particular people with sick mentality won't work. Young people would never want to work in an environment where even small creatives are controlled and decision making is with few people only. The mindset is not the way they tell in interviews. Overall there is so much to learn. The business has so much potential but the sick mindset must be changed.
