I have been working at EY-Parthenon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fantastic partners - experienced leaders who genuinely care about mentorship and helping you grow as a consultant Superb projects - only high calibre strategy work Unparalleled growth opportunities - being part of a young office means you get the chance to step-up and grow much quicker than in other more established organisations

    Cons

Workload - typical of consulting and tends to trend upwards of 12-14 hours per day Remuneration - significantly lower than MBB Young team - difficulty delivering projects given that the team is relatively young

I have been working at EY-Parthenon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Pros

Steep learning curve, challenging projects, mix of Strategy and M&A-related projects, high degree of freedom

    Cons

As every strategy consultant: long, somewhat unpredictable working hours. Mentoring for senior staff can be improved.
