    Fantastic partners - experienced leaders who genuinely care about mentorship and helping you grow as a consultant Superb projects - only high calibre strategy work Unparalleled growth opportunities - being part of a young office means you get the chance to step-up and grow much quicker than in other more established organisations

    Workload - typical of consulting and tends to trend upwards of 12-14 hours per day Remuneration - significantly lower than MBB Young team - difficulty delivering projects given that the team is relatively young

    - Strong leadership - Deep sector knowledge / expertise helps drive robust case deliverables and learning experiences for Associates - Compensation is best in class for recent college graduates - Fantastic office environment, particularly among Associates, with a collegiate culture driven by investment in events / company meetings / team lunches / etc.
