Pros
Easygo has created an awesome product in stake.com which leverages modern technologies to create the world's largest, provably fair crypto casino and sportsbook platform. An amazing company culture with friendly people who are passionate about the product and services we deliver. Super social office, with an awesome and friendly in-house barista, breakfast and snacks provided along with a fully stacked drinks fridge on every floor of the office! Opportunities to meet with and get insights from sponsors and sports stars including the F1 Alfa Romeo team, Tyson Fury and Israel Adesanya. Can honestly say it's the best job I've ever had, but that is coming from someone with a keen interest in sports and gambling.
Cons
A little unstructured, as it's a scale-up so we are putting in processes as we grow.

Pros
Everyone here is super welcoming and accomodating, and feel embedded in the culture immediately. Leaders and higher management are open to new ideas and supportive in your growth. We also get free coffee and breakfast daily, which is such a time and money saver, as well as free lunch on Fridays lol.
Cons
Due to the spike in our growth, developing processes & procedures to accomodate to the growth has been difficult, however, everyone is completely transparent with it and understanding of it all.

Pros
The people are super friendly and inviting, you don't feel out of place at all.
Cons
Still working out the kinks from being a start up, not really a con though

Pros
I have never worked for a company like this, by far it is my favourite. The founders are some of the most humble and generous people that you could possibly work for. The business genuinely cares about their staff which is demonstrated by all the initiatives and benefits that they role out.
Cons
Like any business growing this quickly sometimes there is a lack of process, but everyone will contribute to find a way through.

Pros
Amazing fast growing start up that has scaled quickly. Great benefits, amazing culture, great leadership. Favourite company I have worked for
Cons
Like any fast growing business not all processes are in place, but we are putting them in.

Pros
First and foremost, Easygo has provided me with the opportunity to start my career in a sport passionate environment which I will forever be grateful for. Within the space of 5 months, the company has been proactive in regard to introducing concepts of interest from multiple teams which caters for future organisational and personal growth. I have learned the fundamental ins and outs of the sportsbook team for example that I have been able to connect to my role as a Customer Support Representative. I would highly recommend anyone interested in sports, online gaming or individuals with the relevant tailored skills to consider applying for future Easygo roles. Company culture caters for employee recognition along with many other fun activities. Looking forward to what the future brings at Easygo.
Cons
Experience so far has been flawless and I have personally not experienced any cons. The following is just an outline of a specific role to consider. As a Customer Support Representative we work 6 days a week which is understandable considering the 24/7 operations of an online sport and gaming business. Working conditions are flexible between the office and at home with appealing hours.

Pros
Very exciting to work here and solve everyday problems. Tons of perks including flexible hours with ability to work from home. You wouldn't wanna work at home unless you have to, because the office is filled with friendly faces and snacks/drinks/coffee/games. Fun and laidback culture, yet still professional and capable of producing extraordinary products.
Cons
Large codebase that is somewhat difficult to improve in terms of performance, optimisation, and developer friendliness.

Pros
It feels like we are at the forefront with our development workflow it's ultra fast and not weighed down with by any red-tape from our project managers making it easy to build and ship code every day. Using svelte enables us to write less code and gives great performance benefits to our users by reducing bundle size. We are open to experimenting and implementing new tech and we are always searching for it. Great office with lots of social events and a young enthusiastic crowd.
Cons
Some weekly remote work allowed but more would be appreciated.
