Promotion within the organisation felt limited despite being with the company for a prolonged period of time compared to others.
Events at Murrayfield felt disorganised at times, with no real co-ordination. Management would always try to guilt trip you into doing overtime with no real incentive to it.
An element of an “alpha” culture within each job role was evident at times and at least one or two individuals you dreaded working with, or coming into contact with due to their untoward behaviour and attitude towards you.
