      Wonderful Team to Work For

      Pros

      The company culture is significantly better than any I've encountered before. Employees operate as a team and there are many opportunities to speak up and collaborate with different departments and employees. Leadership seems to be looking for ways continuously to keep improving.

      Cons

      If you like working in an office or brick and mortar school setting it can be a little tough to get used to the remote work aspect but because the company has been operating mostly remotely for so long they had a head start before the pandemic so that's good.
