      Pros

      Management are extremely supportive and encouraging, creating a positive working environment where staff feel valued, guided and motivated to develop. There is a very efficient training programme in place, which helps new and existing team members build confidence in their roles and understand the standards expected of them. This clear structure allows staff to progress in their careers, take on more responsibility and continue improving professionally. As a result, the organisation is able to maintain a strong, committed team, while also helping to reduce staff turnover through ongoing support, development and encouragement.

      The management team at Educate Excellence is so strong and supportive leaving little to no room for flaws.

      Pros

      The staff are really lovely and always are happy to help new tutors. The portal to prepare lesson ideas is very useful and has useful links to books to help make lesson content. The working environment is very positive and I enjoy going there each week.

      Cons

      It is a little far for me to commute but the staff were very flexible and helped me to choose a date/time that was convenient for me so that was a really good aspect.

      Pros

      Educate Excellence is an excellent tuition centre to work at. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here, particularly building relationships with both students and colleagues. Tutors are assigned the same fixed classes each week, which has allowed me to develop a strong rapport with my students and gain a clear understanding of their individual strengths and areas for development. The staff training is highly valuable, with regular sessions covering important topics such as safeguarding and behaviour management - both essential when working with young people. The team is supportive and approachable, and there is always someone available to offer guidance or assistance when needed.

      Cons

      The environment can be fast-paced, but it encourages you to stay organised and manage your time effectively.
