Pros

A unique pathway into a film & TV related career.

Cons

- constant & aggressive micromanagement from CEO & VP - insane staff turnover - most staff have only been here 6 months!!! - super gossipy, don’t listen when they say no questions are stupid. They hate feedback/suggestions to improve too & will just blame you for not doing a good enough job as things are. - unlimited vacation days is a lie, expect to be always available - weak business model but staff get blamed as soon as clients catch wind - HR exists only to protect leadership - they ask employees to post positive reviews, so consider that with the 5 star ratings

Pros

Not much. Exposure to SEO market.

Cons

The positive reviews are false. It's what these guys do. This is another SEO con game outfit. The guys that run this operation are pretty crooked.

Pros

The job itself offers an enjoyable concept, providing the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional clients. The work environment is relaxed, offering flexibility in terms of your workspace, and there is also the possibility to win client products.

Cons

Management displays limited confidence, and while the company offers unlimited paid time off (PTO), requesting time off less than a month in advance is viewed negatively. Even during scheduled time off, there is an expectation of constant accessibility via Slack. Repetitive tasks are a norm, and micromanagement has reached an unprecedented level. The work environment can feel like an exclusive "boys club," discouraging individual thought and requiring strict adherence to established procedures. Minor variations, such as a small formatting difference or an additional word, are considered errors. All outgoing emails must receive internal approval before being sent to clients. Addressing issues lacks a fostering environment for freedom and understanding, often resulting in pushback. Decisions or opinions about individuals are sometimes formed without proper context, and discussions may occur without involving the relevant parties. The workload can become overwhelming, frequently extending into weekends.
