Pros

The doers. The ones that stayed were very hard workers and underappreciated.

Cons

Nepotism. Controlling. Volatile. Underpaid. Worked everyone endless hours until they would give up and quit or they use that person as the excuse for the strenuous working environment and fire them. They use and abuse people that have high levels of work ethic. They turned the meaning of doer into equaling peon. They made it known that a leader is not a doer. Half of the company has the title manager and they use that title to dominate and demand. Titles are the end all there. Fake it to make it. Politics are out of control. Secret vacations are done every year to take the top employees out to celebrate. It was NEVER the employees that poured their blood, sweat, and tears into the work. Anyone associated to the boys club is treated like king. The boys club would spend hundreds entertaining themselves with dinner and drinks while the doers are given a 30$ a day food fee when traveling. If you get caught up in the hype about being a part of a historical company and stay you will end up sleep deprived, unhealthy, angry at the world, and volatile. I can't think of one person there that hadn't lost it in tears at some point over how they were treated and I worked there for a long time.

Pros

Peer recognition program Paid holidays are second to none, day after thanksgiving, two weeks for Christmas through New Years. Pay was very competitive.

Cons

As you'll read in many other reviews, there is a TON of narcissism and cronyism running wild in middle to upper management. They are always in rush mode, and they will burn you out, if you let them.

Mediocre at best

Pros

Flexible with time when not putting out fires. Good holiday schedule. Decent pay if early in career

Cons

Understaffed in many areas, and they don't seem to want to fix that, rather they expect ridiculous hours to make up for over-promising to customers. Terrible communication internally between departments. Development was continuously left rushing to include features that sales had told customers already existed, while fixing bugs from previous rush of coding. Focused more on keeping people that are terrible at their jobs, but have been there for years instead of keeping truly talented staff new to the company.
