Pros
For the most part, I had great coworkers within the office. The branch worked semi-independently of the other offices, so there was a family feel.
Cons
Starting in 2020, the company started losing main corporate people, had high turnover. This caused a huge gap in knowledge and the help that had previously been available to the different branches. The Detroit office had a specific salesman that was put in charge, that had a lot of negative issues. Extremely self serving, always looking to blame others, never took responsibility, yelled & cussed, very unprofessional, threw actual tantrums by way of kicking doors, walls, hitting desks, etc. I was there 5.5 years, and after year 5 another admin was hired at my wage. The pay is all over the place, and not based on experience or seniority. They will pay as low as they
