Sucks if your at manufacturing its gonna take you a decade to at least go up the ladder. A stressful environment also

Senior leadership and management response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been exceptional in caring for employees, their families and being part of creating solutions for the local community and globe. Caring and generous by providing pay continuance to employees, by keeping the facility safe for those who need to be on-site working, and by supporting remote work where it’s possible to do the job remotely. Compensation and benefits are good. Senior leadership and management are listening to employees much more. The multi-year plan to support continued efforts to be a great place to work is helpful. Local leadership is making significant effort to adjust how it leads to support a progressive and inclusive work environment.

The pace of work is intense, which is ok if interactions are constructive between employees.

People are friendly, pay is good and benefits are good.

Allow bad behavior and do nothing about it. A lot of long term employees that want to keep working as a small company and do not want to improve for efficiencies. Work people to the ground and will not hire more people.

Culture is toxic. Good old boys club although I was pleased to see recently one of the "good boys" was apparently let go.

Working at emergent is equivalent to hell. The management is awful. They contract mangers to come in and push out the old. I was bullied, had a horrible work atmosphere brought on by my managers.
