It's not even close to being the best company

They always pay on time

Cons

They lack clear communication between different areas and even within the same sector colleagues. Processes are confusing and no one really knows what they are supposed to be responsible for, since they don't even know as a company. They don't give feedback or clarity about the quarterly bonus, PTO, or anything at all, you have to ask many times and to many people to have an answer.

- Good manager - Flexible hours - Diverse culture (co-workers are from all over the globe). - Good team culture - The top management is very approachable.

Cons

- Can’t speak for the entire company but, in my department, I think we are 1-2 years behind the industry’s latest trends. - job roles not very clear - need more training. If we want to deliver more, we need to train the people!
