      The project and team are excellent. Community engagement.

      Cons

      Very poor upper management - Extreme lack of experience, and they lie. Fire people with 0 warning, no reason and deletes them within the minute so they can't say their goodbyes. Happened countless times. Crunch is very common No benefits of any kind. Just standard pay rates. Can't take feedback or criticism of any kind. Keeps staff in the dark.

      Remote and Flexible workspace Values feedback towards success and nothing personal. Good timeline management, High standard but also given reasonable timelines. Leaders can also adjust the plans accordingly.

      Distinct company culture that could be either liked or disliked by others.

      Leadership is completely out of touch, makes every mistake in the book and can't admit that they're fallible. Culture of blaming others and laying off people who voice disagreement and horrible benefits for the tech industry.
