Pros
If you love an environment where you can be late, celebrate mediocrity , then this is the place for you. A company that boasts about company shares, but pay their employees below average wages.
Cons
Management is less than supportive, will listen to you're concerns, but do nothing to fix the problem. Will promote from within, but unfortunately the kids they advance too lead positions, are never trained properly, and given no direction from upper management. Upper management is also less visible in the evening hours of operation.
