There are many great things you can enjoy as an independent contractor of this company but I'll summarize it in these points: consistent and on-time weekly pay help when you need it open-door policy for whatever concerns you may have ongoing training courteous managers/admin
Cons
if you're not a fan of time trackers, it could be a hurdle but it's nothing too invasive.
