No room for upward growth. Positions are underpaid compared to area average. Extremely low morale among low-level employees. Upper management is directionless and far removed from reality. CEO wastes dollar after dollar on unwanted consultants whose ideas are never even implemented and then claims there is no money for raises or bonuses. Management teams spend more time in needless meetings than at their own desks. Employees are ignored by middle management due to time-wasting meetings combined with over-worked managers. Projects are assigned based on the "squeaky wheel" factor from clients instead of on the basis of efficiency and stability.
