Pros
HR is one of the friendliest people to come across in this organization. She is always there to help and individual may it be for work related issues or any personal issues. Most of the people in the lower management level are quite friendly and helpful. Mingle with them properly with the right attitude and right kind of approach and you'll have some very good people to work with. "Some" of the mid management individuals are always approachable and they are always ready to help and guide the juniors in every way possible. But, I repeat "Some". Well, for others, looks can be deceiving. This also applies to a certain individual who seems to be a bit short tempered sometimes when you go to talk to him but deep down he is actually a very fun loving person with a really good sense of humor. Nevertheless, during my tenure, I've interacted with numerous people but have actually enjoyed working with a handful. Work life balance is there if you know how to make the most out of it by keeping things planned well in advance, other than this work time flexibility, leaves, etc will depend on the reporting managers. When it comes to learning, you'll get plenty to learn only if you are involved extensively in the projects, POCs, etc. Opportunity to work alongside the top management is something that will help to look at things from a different point of view but one needs to be extremely patient for this as things get very excruciating sometimes and will make you think "Are these guys for real?"
Cons
- First of all, growth is very minimum, to be frank almost nil. - You'll be fortunate to get salaries on time. - Hikes, increments, bonuses are something you'll get only in your dreams. - A really bad attitude of one particular mid management individual not only towards the juniors but also towards individuals of his same level. Talks big numbers but failed to convert deals time and again but still gets high preference. - Senior Tech, pretends to be a big shot but a nut job in reality. - Absolutely poor IT Infra, really bad and outdated laptops, outdated software, slow as a sloth. It is an absolute nightmare to work on those systems. Top management (Someone to be very specific...) - Extremely rude at times which is not at all professional being a senior management individual - Lacks the ability to take criticism - Lacks the ability to lead from the front - Always finds a way to blame others - Way too bossy - Absolutely clueless regarding who is suppose to do what - Extensive use of the "F" word even towards the junior most employees which is very much undesirable - Too much interference in the personal lives of the employees and bringing up illogical comparisons and references - Way too much micro management to the extent that becomes very irritating - Couldn't retain good employees who might have proved valuable to this company - Is a "BOSS" not a "LEADER" - Giving big hopes that lie beyond the horizon which is far from reality - Disturbing the employees even after the working hours - Expects everyone to do everything
