Pros
If you are 20-25 with no commitments, this is the job for you. You will get experience in a lot of different areas. With overtime, you can make a decent living. Senior techs were very helpful to me. For the most part, people are friendly.
Cons
If you want any kind of a personal life, this is not the job for you. Expect long hours. It was my main reason for leaving. Phone calls at 4:00 PM on Friday asking to work weekends were not uncommon.
