      It great to see that you are enjoying the AC3 culture - its something we intentionally nurture and amplify from the hiring stage to just how we work on a day to day basis. I also note your comment about managing the grey areas. In today's VUCA world, ambiguity and change are part of everyday life and we work hard to be as transparent and clear as possible. In addition we have supports like unique leave benefits, a rated EAP programme, etc., which help AC3ers navigate the impact of the changing business world. If you have specific suggestions on how we can improve, I'd love to hear from here.

      Pros

      There is positive for everything, else it will be nuked even here. A series of similar and overwhelmingly positive reviews may indicate that they are not genuine. It's important to evaluate the authenticity of these types of reviews. This explains all about this organization. It`s only for "yes man" kind of organization. If you are like one of those go for it.

      Cons

      I was extremely disappointed with my time at this company. The salary was inadequate and fell below market rates, a sentiment echoed in the numerous negative salary reviews. The company culture, which was once a strong point, has now declined significantly. Attrition rates are alarmingly high, and HR shows a lack of interest in employee feedback. To make matters worse, the middle management is ineffective and provides no real value. While some customers may have a positive experience, I cannot recommend this company based on my own experience. On top of that they follow some bookish 50th percentile salary benchmark.

AC3 follows industry standard salary benchmarking and offer an individualised variable reward framework on top of this, which allows each employee to be rewarded in a unique way is to that motivates them personally. We pride ourselves on our positive culture and our attrition rates which are lower than industry average, although we do also have a program in place to further reduce this rate. We’re sorry that you didn’t experience the best of what AC3 has to offer during your time with us.
