Pros

On the off chance that over time is offered, it’s a good rate of pay. You feel a bit more like you’re actually helping people than in other call centre jobs.

Cons

The pay is shocking with no sign of it improving any time soon. No chance of progression within the company. Always expect you to bend to their will rather than them to yours. Management are bullies, especially when it comes to mental health problems. Constantly move the goal posts so it‘s near impossible for them to praise you wholeheartedly, I’m convinced they do this so that they don’t have to give people a raise as much.
