Fairly obvious that the company is again going through financial difficulty, maybe redundancies. Interesting that only 8 months ago, on this forum, someone has posted a critical warning - that this company may not exist soon. Nearly every staff member who remains is a senior. This is not a justifiable business model. Anyone who still works at ADI will have to cover so many positions and workloads it won't be long it's untenable. There can't be any progression within the company now that everyone is expected to do everything. I would strongly advise researching this company before considering any positions.

Thank you for your review, I appreciate it was written some time ago now, but I felt it was important to respond to some quite damaging comments and theories. As a small business, in a technology industry which predominently focuses on large scale, audience participation events such as football matches, motorsport and horseracing, the pandemic on 2020-2021 impacted the business quite significantly, but this was also the case for hundreds of thousands of other business across the globe. We are immensley proud of all of our teams and the way they handled themselves through a very challenging time. We supported all of our colleagues through the various lockdowns, offering emotional and financial support where we could, as well as implementing new initiatives which we have continued to use to this day. Since your review was written, we have been able to significantly grow our teams, and have recently supported over 20 of our colleagues on junior and mid-level management training, as well as enrolling a number of our teams on external training courses. We have also completed a full market review of all salaries. ADI has been around now for over 32 years, with the same CEO at the helm, and we continue to go from strength to strength.

Pros

- Friendly workforce, everyone willing to support you and go out of their way to make things happen. - Good camaraderie between the team - had a good laugh most days. - Supportive line manager - Innovation at the heart of the business. Profits pumped back into product development meaning the business is always moving forward, and looking to break into and disrupt new spaces. - Hybrid working dynamic makes it flexible, particularly useful as a parent - Autonomy to manage your own workload and licence to be creative - Small, agile team, with direct access to the owner of the business, which is rare - Cross pollination of teams, allows for good collaboration (although you do need to make this happen yourself) - Constant flow of good news stories and project case studies make it exciting from a comms/marketing POV. Something new to get stuck into every day. - HR always looking for ways of bringing staff together in between working hours, and make an effort to make the work environment as good as it can be.

Cons

- Departments are slightly disjointed and talent can be shared better across different divisions. Something that I know everyone is aware of and making a conscious effort to change. - Some internal processes can be improved, and there is sometimes a reluctance to adopt new ways of thinking due to majority of staff being there for so long. - Jobs can become backlogged after sale, as ambition sometimes doesn’t match reality, putting opps team under pressure to deliver what’s in the contract. - Workload can become overwhelming in the busy Summer months - so need to be willing to roll your sleeves up to go above and beyond. - No clear progression pathway. Can easily hit a ceiling in your role, so need to be content with staying in the same place for a long time.
