    I worked at AIG full-time

    Pros

Large company with job opportunities in Houston. Steady work, good benefits.

    Cons

Increasing loss of headcount has led executives to expect EE’s to absorb extra job functions and responsibilities without increase in pay. No job mobility in current department. Increasingly more transaction oriented, versus interaction and train in no of sales force.
