Pros
The job pays very well and you get a company car.
Cons
The training process is basically a weed out process. You will work about 60 hours a week doing physical labor for the first 6 months. The hours will be mornings as early as 5 am and nights as late as 2 am. Expect to work every weekend and you probably won't be able to use any of your vacation time during training. All the training is done very hastily and unorganized and there is no evidence they want you to succeed. They will put you wherever they need you and do not care what city you want t work in.
