      Pros

      There were talented individuals there who deserve greater career opportunities than this company.

      Cons

      If you can get into the happy little cliques build around management, this place is great. Sit on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter all day, while the poor saps that aren't in the cliques do way more work than you do. If you can't get into those cliques, well, you actually have to work. How horrible. It's so much fun hearing those fools complain about having to put in the effort we lesser being have to extra on a daily basis.

      Pros

      What an exceptional organization! This company truly provides you with avenues for growth, regardless of what your specialty is in. API prides itself on hiring the best of the best and is truly a leader in their space. The knowledge each and every employee bring's to the table is enlightening. Everyone is incredibly professional and dedicated to the company's and their own personal success. I can't say enough about being a part of this team and the working environment API fosters.

      Hard to think of any cons with API. Across the board, my experience has been great and to suggest otherwise would be a lie.
