Pros

Unlimited vacation days, completely flexible work model, young , smart and dynamic team, all in the context of a fast-growing company

Cons

Any cons would really have to be nitpicky--I haven't experienced, heard or witnessed anything bad, really. I suppose that with a remote-first approach, it means that it is a little more difficult to get the full team experience as a f2f experience would deliver. But, honestly, I haven't suffered of it yet--people make a genuine effort to stay connected.

Pros

The culture & people are truly amazing - everyone is smart, driven and collaborative. People you actually want to hang out with outside of work. The remote work and benefits are a huge plus too.

Cons

Experiences the typical growing pains when trying to scale a company & enter a new market - not a lot of structure or direction, so something to note if that is what you need.

Pros

-Remote work friendly (Able to work from anywhere and often this is encouraged -- Appinioeers love to travel) -Great work/life balance -The best colleagues <3 -Encourages both personal and professional growth -Plenty of opportunities for upward mobility -No micromanaging

Cons

-There's need for strong personal initiative and ability to work individually (althought there is plenty of collaboration with others) -- but maybe not ideal for someone who needs constant support or oversight
