Great Pay, Staff easy to get along with, raises come fast and are not small raises. Hybrid work schedule. Take care of their employees. Lots of room for growth and career advancement
Cons
Long hours, little to no training, weekend working, every quarter (every 3 months) work from office entire month work late. Must be a self starter and problem solver. Lots of work to do all the time never really an easy day
