Pros

Opportunity for commissions and the high income that could possibly come with it. Really and truly want what is best for their clients.

Cons

This is a sales job, don't let them convince you otherwise. Also don't let them convince you with their "projected salary" because it's based off their completely unrealistic goals and you will not hit them. You will not make that much. You start on a 90 day contract making barely above minimum wage where you receive training and then are expected to take on an unrealistic amount of clients and hold an unrealistic amount of meetings. You're on your own too. You have to set all of that up with no help from the company, they will help you talk to people during the meeting if you split your commission though(how thoughtful). There are no benefits during this 90 days. After the 90 days you go full time officially and they lower your pay to about minimum wage. (College degree really looks worth a lot here huh?). Then you're expected to validate your contract through new business periodically. There are few opportunities for growth: maybe get your own office and make more on commission. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Armor gives you some of the best support in the industry to start or better your career. They have great training and marketing support, and all of the experienced agents here are always excited to help or answer questions.

Cons

It's a tough industry to make it in. Despite the support, you are still expected to do most of the work yourself. The IT and website could use some improvements as well.

Pros

I enjoy the impact we make for our clients, the independence and the professional growing and learning we have. The support team and office is amazing! I have the chance to build my own business/clientele and have the training and support I want from the firm. We have a family type office where you can build great relationships and friendships. Love the events with the office and the charity work we do for the community. Overall, great environment for me.

Cons

This is a tremendously challenging career. I think it is hard for you to know if you want to do this until you actually do it. The results are up to me to do; the firm will not provide that for me.
