Pros

- Does not mess up on paychecks. - Answers questions on time sheet filing, etc - Only 4 people run the entire company Laurie Bradley (President), Lizabeth Ardisana (CEO), Cynthia King (Accounts & Time sheet), Ieesha Windham (Client manager - ASG)

Cons

- Does not pay benefits (paid holidays/ medical benefits) - Poor with H1B visa rules - Listens to the client only - Keeps the employee in dark - Works in favor of the client over employee - Does not voice the employee's concern to the clients - At will employment ASG Renaissance has a stingy Asian automotive client in Rex Boulevard in Aurburn Hills, Michigan. If you get offer from that client through ASG, I would suggest skipping the offer.

Pros

CEO is really a terrific person who cares very much about her employees and being a positive force in the world. A motivated person who is willing to go out and sell his/her ideas will likely be able to do whatever kinds of projects she can sell to a client. So there is lots of flexibility.

Cons

The company seems to have trouble figuring out what they want to do or to be. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have some support in selling themselves and their own ideas to create their own client base. The company is oddly split between consulting and staffing. You likely will have to do a lot of business development for your own consulting work.
