Pros
The work culture is basically to be nice, get your work done and try not to be disruptive. Super sweet and sharp CEO , Jim Wolfe. Lots of creativity and plenty of opportunity to learn with free online courses/ training. They set you up for success and always work to improve processes, etc. It's your typical workplace with great coworkers and ones who keep more to themselves. We sometimes would go out for Happy Hour before COVID. I enjoyed the work and the team, just other opportunities came along and was ready to try something new. I recommend it!
Cons
Sometimes there are new projects that come on where it's hard to delegate the work out properly between PMs. Typical stuff. You're going to have some months with less work and then suddenly a big order comes through and you'll need to hustle. I enjoyed that, but some people just want to coast.
