At the time it was above average pay and “lower” influx of calls. Decent monthly bonus if you’re a top performer.
Cons
Back2back as usual. Typical minute to minute activity tracking. Constant feedback and pressure to increase numbers/goals (as any call center). Not many opportunities to grow if you’re not a top performer and have developed decent network.
