I joined this company with limited knowledge of the industry and managers and colleagues alike were willing to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and provide encouragement. This level of support has been instrumental in my growth and development within the company.

No cons that I have encountered to date.

Extremely lax environment. Allow you to leave half day on days before holiday weekends and still get paid. Monthly employee lunches.

Force you to take off days they think will be "slow" but hourly employees have to use PTO or not get paid. Employees that have been there a long time get to work from home whenever they want to. Management in turmoil. Sales are down so they eliminated guaranteed commissions and eliminated positions. No job security.
