Pros

One of the reasons to work at AUTO1 is the salary and the fact you can learn some new things. - we had fruits, but not enough fruits for all of us

Cons

So the problems come even from the beginning. They hire everyone fast, they use you and they fire you even faster (especially for sales people). There isn't an HR person, so they don't know how to recruit. - management is bad - the general manager of the country doesn't care about the employees and the other managers are with no experience so of course they don't know how to react in many situations. - sometimes you feel they are waiting for you to make a mistake so they can blame you for everything - the atmosphere was not great, everybody stressed, negativity, no parties, they don't organize anything. - too many changes. I understand that this company is a startup, but you need to think very carefully before starting a business and not change everything every 2 months. - i felt like i was in the army, too strict with everything - no promotions

Pros

I have to put 20 words in this box, so I'm just gonna keep typing until I get a green check mark... there we go. :)

Cons

Worked as an outside rep. I ended up paying them to work here with all of the driving I had to do. Very little consistency with what you're asked to do. This company burns business relationships with dealers left and right. If you're an inside sales rep, expect a lot of people hanging up bc at this point most dealers already know this place doesn't live up to its word as far as the condition of the cars you sell, or the arbitration policy.
