Feels like family! - Agent AVO Realty Employee Review

Amazing support! I've been with a few other brokerages & none compare to my experience at AVO Realty. They provide an amazing culture, solid support and systems & plenty of opportunity. I felt very lost in my business previously, so many different avenues to take & no idea what would work. AVO provides a solid structure to what you need to build a successful real estate business. They have an amazing way of keeping you focused on what matters most every single day but also encouraging creative avenues to building more than a real estate business but a wealth buiding legacy. The broker is passionate about helping others live a life by design and she has personally helped me create a nest egg where I can start to invest in real estate to have multiple streams of income. If you're looking for a career thats more than just daily grind, you've got to talk to the AVO leadership team!

Nothing negative in my experience.

After talking with many brokerages, I chose AVO Realty because of the Culture and ALL of the features I was given the option to take advantage of. There was not one other broker that offered anything that even came close to what AVO offered. Having Misti as our broker is amazing, she is always available and has a full administrative staff and full marketing staff for us to use. I could not be happier anywhere!
