      Consider to working long term here while you're young, because not a lot of thing to learn while working here Management staff are too young and don't have policy to development personal resource and company culture

      Good salary: My salary was top in the market, but it depends on AA customers, since they are outsourcing company. Good benefit: - I got premium healthcare for me and one of my family member - Free lunch - All equipment provided by them Tasks were OK.

      Cons

      - Micro management, depends on your Head Dept - If the customers don't extend the contract with AA, prepare yourself. Also, ask them for compensation.
