Flexible schedule but mandatory in-office time limits freedom - Specialist Quality Assurance Abbott Employee Review

Pros

Generally flexible work schedule. I was given a consistent finite workload and finishing the work whether i do it in office or at home was very appealing. However there was a mandatory expected office use time. Even if i decided to work some extra hours at home or on the weekend i was still required to be in office for a set period of time.

Cons

The switch from remote work to in office/hybrid work was a little jarring. The company seemed to want to make use of the office space despite productivity being the same for employees who worked from home.
