Pros

Coffee is free, periodic lunch served. CEO, speaks well.

Cons

No Training at all, but YOU are supposed to know the individual clients quirks on day one- Really a joke atmosphere. Never gave a bad company review until now. Everyone who works there is related somehow - you know what that means! For a tech company having many enterprise customers, they are so far from being advanced, where you have to spend 20 mins looking up a clients cloud password. No ERP system, Mid Mgmt is a bunch of cackling women not having a clue how to propel a company, only to protect themselves and family members. Depts don't collaborate, simply push off the work to others. Really pretty sad, they have one Systems Architect that gets the whole picture, should he leave the company would go down and rebound in 5 years, still old technology, and the processes.

Pros

- Great exposure to lack of direction. You’ll develop excellent coping skills navigating ambiguity and unclear priorities — a real crash course in patience. - Leadership is approachable. You’ll get plenty of face time with managers who are eager to “pick your brain” instead of leading. - Low compensation builds character and humility. This helps you develop creative ways to stretch a paycheck.

Cons

- Compensation is well below market standards. You’ll likely be doing the work of multiple roles — for the pay of one. - Leadership is disconnected and directionless. Lots of talk, very little execution. Strategies change frequently, and no one seems to know what the company actually wants to be. - Feedback is welcomed and ignored. Suggestions are often met with polite smiles, then promptly disregarded or not executed upon. Initiative is great, but no one acknowledges it anyways.
