Zero work life balance Wreaks havoc on your mental health Upper management and corporate could care less about you and anything that happens to you Constantly skirting the line on breaking laws on collections processes Will work you to the bone with no help then drop you like it’s nothing Constantly changing SOP on EVERYTHING, so there’s never really a clear direction on what you’re supposed to be doing Micromanage you to death Even the decent pay is just not worth the mental gymnastics
