Pros

Employee benefits are great, good work-life balance, dress code is fairly relaxed (you can wear jeans more than once a week), facility is very clean, most people are happy to be there.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for inside or outside of the industry. No one is held to the same standard for attendance, performance, or behavior. Growth opportunities is only given if it's the last resort or desperately needed. Want training to develop your skills? Make sure you are a member of the Engineering or Quality Control/Continuous Improvement departments. Work from home? Unless you are a member of management or in a non-"entry-level" role in Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain then you should forget the term "work from home" you won't be getting it.

We’ve worked hard to develop a workplace culture built on Passion, Commitment, Communication, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Fun. However, we recognize that our culture may not resonate with everyone. The company currently has many hybrid positions for which employees may work remotely. Unfortunately, with some positions, that type of arrangement is not practicable based on job duties. We understand that compensation is an important part of job satisfaction and would like to clarify a point mentioned in your review. Our compensation structure is regularly assessed against industry benchmarks to ensure it is competitive and equitable. ATS purchases tools to obtain market salary data from independent sources to ensure we are competitive to our industry, company size, and region. Currently, we are proud to say more than 90% of our employees are paid within the 50th to 90th percentile of their benchmarked range for their role within ATS. Thank you again for your feedback.
