      Pros

      There are nice snacks in the office (which is very small)

      Cons

      They hire multiple new employees at the same time around their busy season and dismiss whoever's not needed when it's over/when there's not enough work; with this, being hired means you are still competing with one or more people for a job that may or may not be around in a couple months.
