Good pay and benefits, but company stability lacking - Director PMO Adaptive Biotechnologies Employee Review

The whole department was removed due to company going under. This was within 4 months of employment. I was able to get another job soon but wished they never hired if they were going to cut the workforce by 40%. After that, the company had multiple rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.
