Pros
The company and most people are serious about diversity and inclusion, and of course about making good products. The midset is the right one and the results will eventually arrive.
Cons
Sometimes product development can suffer from too much bureaucracy in the way agile is implemented. There's a constant attention to possible improvements so with time I expect this to change for the better.
