Leadership is supportive of new initiatives with strategy, execution and reporting plans presented. Lots of cross-functional collaboration as team is lean and quick to ship.
Cons
Being a startup, there are constant changes in positioning, messaging and priorities so you have to roll with the punches! Not very suitable for unexperienced or entry level prospects as ramp up time needs to be fast.
