Cannot recommend to work for this company - Anonymous employee Allianz Employee Review

Very little support from upper management - They do not think outside the box, there is favouritism towards the staff - Too much politics, poor training and lack of communication. They make you feel you do not have the skills & knowledge to work there and in that they think it incentives people to get out of the bed in the morning. The company is cheap. They don't want to pay for the quality employees bring to the table. They want to give you as little as possible and make you beg to be paid what they should be paying you.
