      Clarity, coaching and development for upward mobility above Senior Manager level has suffered greatly in the past 15 years. Still solid below that level!

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
