Long hours. Not much holiday.

NONE! "0" NADA! I have nothing nice to say, because I know better.

-- Incompetent, ego driven, inconsiderate and deceitful middle management! They are only focused on pleasing the CEO and neglect their role as managers. -- Lack of transparency and poor communication from management. "Divide & Conquer" was the Product Development Manager's way of leading because he was so incredibly insecure and incompetent! -- Extremely hostile and toxic work environment. Really bad energy. -- High turnover…and when people quit, you are expected to take over their job responsibility as well….and clean up their mess. -- As an employee your contributions will be wasted…not rewarded! -- Since, the management are ignorant and lazy and dishonest, they will never allow for you to get promoted. Instead, they will take credit for everything you accomplish…. specially if you are a woman. -- If you are a woman, stay away, because you will be discriminated against. Men here work in a “buddy system”, so you are out of luck! The harder you try to prove your worth, the more they will sabotage you or use you. And they expect that you work much harder and longer hours than men for A LOT LESS! If you don't act as their subordinate or in anyway challenge them they will get you fired! -- HR is NOT on your side either! They will share your "confidential" complaint and the Manager will retaliate and get you fired quickly! -- Women there treat you very poorly, because they are miserable within their positions and feel incredibly insecure, so they don’t want for another woman to be successful either! You will deal with constant backstabbing and gossip.... -- You will get only one day off during the Holiday, so you can't go out of town.... -- If , you are part of the design team/media, you will be working out of an old warehouse setting. No real kitchen and limited bathrooms!! -- If you are looking for an "equal employment opportunity" and a chance to learn and grow within a company, this is NOT the place! But, if you want a "Twilight Zone" experience or a bunch of zombies around you this is the place! And if you think you've seen it all with regards to bad work environments, this one will make it to top of your list in the worst way!
