      Pros

      Great People, Great Talent. The development and technical teams were great. Technical support was awesome. The company was stable, but wasn't in a position to grow.

      Cons

      Resistant to change - in the extreme - At that time. With new management, this has probably changed. Brian Sweat was the real top talent there, and I see he is now CEO. Great!

      Pros

      Company has a good culture and management is caring and friendly. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Company suffered from the buyout. Virtually every department is short staffed making work unnecessarily stressful. Company doesn't really do many events anymore. New owners (CAI) haven't really done much to help anything in terms of staffing. Also no opportunity for growth and yearly reviews have stopped since CAI took over.
