      There is no Pros to work there at all

      Cons

      I was with an agency for 6 months, they took me on a contract with Amazon with 5 other people out of 30, the rest told them that they could start again with the agency after 6 months. We all gave our all, one boy was even made a Supervisor when they had to re-sign our contract after 2 weeks, they all called us and gave us 2 weeks notice without a valid reason that they fired us, the pain in my back will be with me for the rest of my life because of the efforts I made and finally I was fired for no reason..

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
