      Less work pressure. Good HR policies

      They interview you asking for particular skills and put you in a project which is completely irrelevant to those skills. Sometimes may not suit the interests of the employee.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
