Cons
MLM scheme- you work hard only for the executives to get paid Minimal training- if you don't understand the 5 days of training and do well right off of the bat, they will no longer support you but rather push you to quit which my mentor has admitted to me directly Vested Commission- You don't receive fully vested commissions till your 10th year with the company Support- None of upper management knows the answers to any questions that you may have so you are forced to find your own answers or just give up on the task at hand Overtime- They will promote that they offer a flexible schedule yet highly suggest working 10+ hours per day to incorporate hiring, training, & selling per the requirements in their management contract, personally I was working at least 2 days a week 13-14 hour days which were normally 8am-9:30pm MST
