      Freedom of time (for the 1st few months)

      Cons

      Management will say that they are there for you, but refuses to answer emails or calls. Terrible leads. Management will claim that leads are exclusive to AIO but they are not. Chargebacks are horrible.

      You get paid for six month on your training period they help you get new business

      Cons

      To write new business is very hard specially after your paid period is done so you will not get paid until you get new business
